PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is requested against proforma invoice or amount requested at the time of ordering. We will not charge your credit card until your order is ready for dispatch.

WARRANTY
Should you have the need to make a claim, Please notify us within 7 days and suspect goods must be returned to our warranty department for inspection and must be returned in the original packaging and condition supplied.
We reserve the right to effect a repair or replacement as per our warranty terms and conditions supplied with parts.

RETURNS
No goods will be accepted for credit or exchange. Sorry no refunds or exchanges on PM Tuning parts.

RETENTION OF TITLE
All goods remain the property of PM TUNING RACING PRODUCTS until payment is received in full.

PM Tuning Racing Products LTD and CMSI, Inc. make no warranty as to the performance parts, express or implied, including but not to limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Performance parts include, but are not limited to exhausts, cylinders kits, carburetors, cdi units, shocks, brake kits and other related components.
